About Kenneth C. Cooper ...

Ken founded CooperComm, Inc. in 1976. He trains and speaks on topics of customer relationship management, sales and marketing, organizational development and effectiveness, and provides consulting services to mid-sized and large organizations. Client list.

Ken has a diverse and lengthy background in sales and management. He began his career as a

Marketing Representative with IBM. An entertaining and engaging speaker, Ken has presented over 2,500 times to groups of all sizes, and has recorded 100+ video programs. He has also served on the Board of Directors of an international shoe manufacturer.

Ken’s books have been published internationally by AMACOM, Doubleday, Dell, and TotalComm. His talks have been produced in video form by The International Program Source, and audio versions have been included in the TDM/McGraw-Hill Management Series.

Ken’s newest book is The Relational Enterprise: Moving Beyond CRM to Maximize ALL Your Business Relationships (AMACOM, 2002).

He is also the author of Effective Competency Modeling & Reporting: A Step-by-Step Guide for Improving Individual & Organizational Performance (AMACOM, 2000).

Ken has M.S. and B.S. degrees in Industrial Engineering from the University of Missouri–Columbia. He has taught for St. Louis University, University of Missouri–St. Louis, and Webster University. Ken has been a registered Professional Engineer and a Certified Administrative Manager, and is a Certified Speaking Professional. He is also listed in Who’s Who       in the World.
