For example, the “Effectance Motivation Questionnaire,” developed in partnership with Dr. Igor Kusyszyn of York University in Toronto, provides a unique look at motivational styles and how to design more motivating work experiences.

The Mutli-Form® TIPC questionnaire is a four-type personality model (transform, inform, perform, conform) that uses a rating continuum. The result is that the common “leaders must be dominant or gregarious” bias is removed.
