reporting systems. The proven CooperComm process is described in our book, Effective Competency Modeling & Reporting (AMACOM
2000), and leverages our proprietary Working Model competency
model and assessment.
Project steps can include:

CMAR
project team.
Research
available resources to create a customized
competency model.
Establish position standards and link to developmental resources.
Create a valid, and accurate,
and reliable assessment instrument.
Fulfill the program with
learning management systems.
Train
supervisors/managers to use the system in developing
subordinates' competence
CooperComm can implement in
three modes:
(1) as a consultant,
(2) as a complete CMAR outsourcer, or
(3) in a hybrid role providing guidance
on the project
and
outsourced fulfillment as needed.
